The morning light tumbles into your bedroom to a rush of yawns and stretches and paws tapping on the floor. You listen and can’t be sure which sound comes from where, but you know there will be crumbs left on the bread board and hot tea will be slurped.
Hands in hands and feet on laps. Shoes on the floor and grass in the hair. Late afternoon sun filters through the trees, lighting up the person, people, places we love.
Every day so similar, and yet we end it far from where we began. Such is the beauty of time and of life.
And once the sun has set, and the blankets have been tucked in, memories are what is left. When these start to fade, however, a photograph is what will be there to remind you of the se special times.
So, make the time for photographs. Print them and hold them close to your heart. Look at them often. You’ll know, when you do, that there is magic inside each and every one of them.
