WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION

To celebrate Niki M being named 2024's Wedding Photographer of the Year by the internationally acclaimed Prestige Awards, I am giving one lucky couple a chance to win their wedding photography! The total value of this prize is R29,000.

By entering this competition you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:
The competition is free to enter and is open to anyone who is 18 years or older. 

The Prize:
The winning couple will receive Niki M's Classic Collection with 9 consecutive hours of wedding photography by Niki M, 500 high res professionally edited images, and a private online photo gallery with 3 months access. The value of this collection is R29,000. The winning couple may purchase additional photography time or physical items separately.

Wedding Date:
The entrant's wedding date must be confirmed and your wedding must take place before 28 February 2026. If Niki M is not available on the chosen wedding date then a re-draw will take place. If the wedding date is changed by the winners and Niki M is not available for the new date, the prize will be forfeited and no substitute prize will be awarded.

How to Enter:
Participants must complete the entry form available here in full, providing all the required information. Only one entry per couple is allowed. Entries close at 00h00 on the evening of 28 February 2025.

Transfer of Prize:
The prize will be awarded to the person entering the competition. The prize may not be transferred/ sold/ gifted to anyone else. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Travel for South African Weddings:
The prize includes 100kms of travel from my home base in Hillcrest, KZN. Any additional travel and two night's accommodation must be paid for by the winning couple. Additional road travel is charged at R4/km for venues within KZN, or quoted separately for weddings outside of KZN.

Travel for International Weddings:
Couples hosting a wedding abroad may enter. Travel from Durban, South Africa, and two night's accommodation must be covered by the winning couple.

Winner Selection:
The winning couple will be selected by random draw on Saturday 01 March 2025. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the particulars submitted on the entry form. Should I not be able to contact the winner, or if the winning couple are not able to claim their prize, a re-draw will take place. The confirmed winner will be announced on all of my social media platforms on Monday 03 March 2025.

Image Display:
The winning couple permit and allow Niki M to display any images from their wedding and to generally promote her business by means of advertising, publicity material, websites, exhibitions, competitions, magazine articles, and other such media providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to the winning couple. It is specifically agreed that the photographs may be used on Niki M's website and/or blog. It is specifically agreed that the photographs may be used on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media forums as is desired, and that the winning couple may be tagged, or otherwise identified. Niki M may also share relevant photographs with other wedding suppliers should they request them.

Existing Clients:
If you have already booked with Niki M then you may still enter the competition. Should you win, then your booking fee will be refunded.

Personal Information:
I value the personal information submitted in the entry form and will comply with the POPI Act in processing your information and/or personal data. By submitting information when entering this competition, you consent to the collection, collation, processing, and storing of such information, and the use and disclosure of such information in accordance with the POPI Act. By submitting your entry form you also acknowledge and consent to being added to Niki M's email database.
