I’m so excited to share Christie and Jan’s awesome and raaaaaainy wedding that took place in a shed on a citrus farm in Kirkwood. Even thought I had scouted the venue a few months before, the entire area had undergone such an amazing transformation that I honestly didn’t even recognize it. Walking into the reception area was so incredible… how much effort went into this wedding decor guys?! Flowers for miles and the most beautiful little touches.
The thing that constantly amazes me with farm weddings is the sense of community and how everyone helps out. The ladies in the area really got together and created something exceptional! As with most farm weddings the amount of fun and laughter was at all all time high, despite the torrential downpour that was happening outside.
Looking through these photos still makes me smile from ear to ear, we had so much fun! Christie was beaming the entire day. It didn’t matter what the weather was like or what complications it caused… it didn’t matter that we were soaking wet by the end of the couple photos or that the car leaked a full-on flood onto Jan’s shoulder. These two were just so darn happy to be married and to spend time celebrating with their friends and family 🙂
I loved every minute of this wedding and I hope that you all enjoy looking through the photos!
