Dorothy and Marnus’ Tsitsikamma Winter Wedding

Dorothy and Marnus had a gorgeous white mid-winter wedding that was an absolute feast for the eyes. The venue was one of my favourites, Fynbos Golf Estate in Eersterivier, which made it even more special. Luckily there were no sea twisters this time, although a storm brewing over the ocean did make me a little nervous 🙂

Dorothy and her family did all of the decor themselves, which is crazy to even consider! There was just so much to photograph on the day. Elizabeth Stockenstrom made the most amazing dress for Dorothy which had three different layers or ‘looks’ so the dress changed throughout the day… it was really one of the most beautiful dresses I have photographed because of its gorgeous, intricate beadwork.

So we had the perfect setting and some pretty awesome wedding vendors, but even more perfect were Dorothy and Marnus (along with their crazy-awesome friends). They are so sweet and cute together. I am so happy that you allowed me to photograph your beautiful day D&M, and even happier that I walked away with friends, which is more than I could ever ask for 🙂
