JD and Zako had a beautiful vintage-style wedding at The Plantation in Port Elizabeth, and it turned out to be such a gorgeous day and event! I loved absolutely every moment of the wedding. JD looked so beautiful in her off the shoulder dress by Johan Wolmarans which was so delicate.
For most of us vintage is a ‘theme’ but these two really are vintage enthusiasts at heart. The adore antiques and often listen to vinyls, so it was a natural progression to have a wedding that suited them perfectly. They even managed to learn and execute a waltz for their first dance… and they did it well 🙂
JD mentioned one thing that stuck out. “Happy girls are the prettiest girls”. It is soooo true, I wish I could just have this phrase playing on repeat in the homes of all future brides. What a wonderful outlook and JD was most certainly, undoubtedly happy all day long. Just look at that smile! It never left her face 🙂
