Mara and Orrin’s DIY Hogsback Wedding

When Mara and I first chatted about her Hogsback wedding, I knew it was going to be a super laid back and joyous affair. Mara and Orrin’s friends and family travelled from all over the country (and world) to join them for their wedding in the small and magical mountain village of Hogsback. Many of you know how Hogsback has a hold on my heart and I absolutely adored photographing this wedding at the iconic Hogsback B&B, The Edge. In fact there was simply too much to photograph! Between the scenery and the celebrations I was in photography heaven 🙂

The decor on the day was a mix of bright and happy colors with yellow, green, and coral making up their beautiful wedding palette. Almost all of the decor elements were handmade with love, and it really created something truly unique and special. This was truly a wedding full of joy, there is no other way to explain it!

To Mara and Orrin, thank you for allowing me to travel this magical journey with you. I had the best time hanging out with the two of you and creating such amazing memories. Your future is bright, I feel it in my heart!
