Tammy and Nico’s Colourful Wedding at The Rose Barn (With The Pups)

Ah! The Rose Barn… and genuine, joyful people… and dogs… and LOVE! That is definitely one of my favourite combination of  things! Any wedding with dogs is one to remember!

If there is one thing that really makes me happy beyond compare, it is being asked to photograph a wedding for another photographer or one of their family members. Soooo, when the amazing Shaula contacted me to photograph her sister’s wedding at The Rose Barn, it was pretty freaking awesome! What an honour!!!

And then I got to meet Tammy who is such a breath of fresh air! Always laughing, always courteous, always bubbling with happiness. It is no wonder that Nico loves her so much! Together, these two just have such an effortless demeanour and we had an absolute blast at both the engagement session and on the wedding day.

Gosh guys, I have enjoyed every second that I have spent with you! Thank you for being such a light in my life during the wedding season and for making sure we were all carbed-up with lots of aartappels 🙂 Your kindness and honour are appreciated soooo much!

There were so many incredible touches at this wedding, and I’d just like to take a moment to say that if you are a bride or groom thinking about having a large bridal entourage (like Klara and Pablo also did at their French Chateau wedding in Dordogne France), it’s totally OK! As a rule, there is a limit to how many of them will be quiet at once and listen to the photographer, so allocating a little more time for the bridal entourage photo session is always a good idea. Most importantly though, make sure that you can have a little time to yourself on the day to soak everything in.
