A little while ago we put this amazing photo shoot together for The Herald Bridal Fair Guide and it was incredibly well received by everyone (thanks so much!!!), so I decided to share even more of the photos over here on my blog 🙂
If there is one thing that I truly love, it is colour in all it’s glory (have you seen my instagram feed?)… so this styled wedding inspiration photoshoot was an absolute joy for me to conceptualise. We really wanted to show future brides and grooms that anything can be done with a bit of creativity and elbow grease. From palette wood tables to DIY copper pipe candle holders, and freshly picked hydrangeas with by brightly coloured tulips and roses, a doughnut cake (talk about me exercising self control right there). Bright Pink, Coral, Duck Egg Blue and stunning neutral features set the tone for the colourful wedding decor and bouquets.
There were so many fantastic local vendors who were part of this photoshoot and gave their all to it. You can find a full list and links at the end of the post so please go and show each one of them some love. To Leila and Sean, thank you so much for getting involved, listening to my crazy ideas and being real troopers – I honestly can’t wait to photograph your real wedding at the end of the year 🙂 Nadine and Duanese were the most amazing bridesmaids… Thank you for keeping spirits high and being so fantastic to photograph.
I hope that this photoshoot provides tons of colourful inspiration to each and every person looking for something different and full of life 🙂
